AL-KO BM5001R B&S Scythe Mower

The Alko BM5001R Scythe Mower is a powerful machine designed to undertake the specialist tasks of cutting back undergrowth in paddocks, orchards and wild meadows. It can cut grass or thick undergrowth with ease. Hardened long life EMS blades are supplied as standard and feature edge protection, which prevents the blade from bumping into walls, fences and kerbs meaning the toughest jobs can be handled with ease. The handle can be adjusted to suit the height of the operator.

Optional Extras
Also available for the BM5001R is a 102cm cutter bar, which is easy to transfer onto the machine.

Specially hardened ESM blades
The blades come as standard and are inserted into an easy-to-service guide system and have a long service life. Also, standard features are the outsoles with variable height adjustment.

Safety first right down the line
The edge protection prevents the blade from bumping into walls, fences and kerbs, and jamming during mowing operations.

This scythe mower is pre-delivery inspected and built up before delivery on a pallet.
