Delivery Charges

Orders over £50

Unless stated otherwise, all orders of £50.00 or more are delivered FREE of charge to UK mainland addresses, including the Scottish Highlands.

We are unable to offer free delivery to Ireland (Northern & Southern).

Orders under £50

A carriage charge will of £4.20 will be applied to all orders under £50.00 regardless of country.

Ride-On Mowers/ Tractor Orders

Any orders placed for postcodes outside of a 50 mile radius of our Wiltshire based premises at SN12 6RF, will be subject to a delivery charge which will be quoted to you prior to delivery.
Delivery Times

Most products ordered via our website will be next day delivery if you place your order before 2pm Mon-Fri. We will (stock permitting) dispatch your order on the same day. However, you should realistically allow 1-2 working days for delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day eg. Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). Please note that the delivery period stated either on the site or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only; and is 'courier permitting'. Delivery to remote areas of Scotland, for example, may take couriers a day or two longer than that advertised.

If there is any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product, we will advise you as soon as possible. You may of course cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory.

Spare /Special Order Parts

If you require spare parts please email with as much information as possible ie. Serial No, Year of Manufacture, Art No. Engine No. etc. and a full description of what you require.

It is the responsibility of you, the customer to ensure the information provided is correct. Parts must be paid for before ordering. No refunds can be given for parts that have been ordered specially which turn out to be incorrect.

Special order items are supplied on a non-returnable basis unless faulty. Certain items may also be listed as a special order item and are also non-returnable.

PLEASE NOTE: Special order items are subject to a non-refundable minimum carriage charge of £4.20.


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and so you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in store. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please do not use or damage the items whilst you inspect them. Do not try them in an environment that might make them dirty (e.g. in the garden). 

When you receive your goods please examine them carefully before signing. If you feel there may have been damage to your goods during transit then please note this on the delivery note that you sign. Failing to contact us at this early stage could affect your return/warranty entitlements.


Any unwanted item unless faulty, must be returned in a resaleable condition complete with all original packaging and labels, undamaged and unused. Please do not open any blister-packs unless you intend to keep the item. Should you wish to return a product, it must be in the original undamaged packaging.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to deduct from the total any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Petrol powered machines should not be oiled or fuelled unless you intend keeping the item. 

Delivery Charge Refunds

More Than Mowers original outgoing delivery charges will only be refunded if you cancel and return your order with us within 14 working days after the day of receipt of your goods. Otherwise delivery charges will only be refundable in the case of faulty or damaged goods, or where the incorrect product has been received.

Any delivery costs incurred by the customer to return any unwanted products are the responsibility of the customer.

Return of small items by Post

Please return any unwanted items within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a refund via the original payment method.

Special order items are non-returnable.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase by post or courier after the 14 day period, we reserve the right to not offer a refund.

Larger items including machines that require courier collection

If you wish to return a larger item including machinery that will require a courier collection, a collection charge of £25 may be applicable. The item must be unused, unopened, and be in its original packaging, complete with all included accessories. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged items. We are unable to offer any courier collection service to orders outside of the mainland UK.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the returned product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the original payment method or card. Please note that it may take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account.
